摘 要:设计并搭建了输液泵输出流量脉动测试装置,在不同测试条件下,研究了高效液相色谱系统中常用的串联式和并联式往复柱塞泵的流量脉动。实验得到了这2种输液泵流量脉动率随流量或背压的变化趋势,并证实输液泵的流量脉动周期与凸轮运动周期接近。利用脉动阻尼器来降低流量脉动,可使2种输液泵在6.5 MPa背压下的流量脉动率降为原来的10%左右。该测试装置及方法可在高效液相色谱输液泵的设计改进过程中提供帮助。An innovative system was designed and constructed to measure flow pulsations of reciprocating pumps used in high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The flow pulsations of a serial pump and a parallel pump were studied under different conditions. The flow pulsation trends along with the changes of flow rates and backpressures of these two kinds of pumps were acquired. It was confirmed that the flow pulsation cycle was closed to the cam motion cycle. A pulsation damper was applied to reduce the flow pulsations to about 10% under 6.5MPa. This system and method were helpful to design and improve HPLC pumps.
