摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭是各种原因引起的各种类型心脏病发展到一定阶段所导致的疾病,是心脏病的终末阶段,具有病死率高的特点,近年来发病率有逐年上升的趋势。甲状旁腺激素(PTH)是甲状旁腺所分泌的一种激素,可作用于心血管系统,影响心肌细胞活力,干扰心肌细胞能量代谢,降低心肌收缩力和冠状动脉充盈等。高于正常水平的PTH直接或者间接引起一系列心脏的病理生理变化,患者血清中PTH水平越高,心功能分级越高,心力衰竭越重,预后越差。Chronic heart failure is a disease that various types of heart disease develop to a certain stage, which is the terminal stage of heart disease, with the characteristics of high fatality in a rising trend in recent years. Parathyroid hormone （PTH） is a hormone secreted by the parathyroid gland, which can act on the cardiovascular system, affecting the vitality of cardiomyocytes,interfere with myocardial cell energy metabolism, reduce myocardial contractility and coronary filling. PTH above normal levels directly or indirectly causes a series of heart pathophysiological changes,and the higher the serum PTH level is, the higher the cardiac function grade, the severer the heart failure, the worse the prognosis.
