中药外敷法治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的研究概况

摘　　要：亚急性甲状腺炎(SAT)是一种与病毒感染有关的自限性疾病。而中药外敷法是一种传统的中医治疗方式,单纯中药外敷、中药外敷联合中药内服、联合西药内服或联合中药及西药内服治疗SAT实证期疗效明显,效果优于单纯使用西药,并可降低复发率。另外,中药内服联合蒙药、外用中药熏洗、中成药外敷等其他方式也可有效治疗SAT。但是,中药外敷治疗SAT虚证期临床试验报道较少。未来需增加这方面的临床研究,并规范中药外敷的剂量、剂型及方法,以提高临床可重复性。Subacute thyroiditis （SAT） is a self-limited disease associated with viral infection. The traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） external application is a traditional treatment, and the effect of TCM topical, TCM topical combined with TCM oral administration, combined with western medicine or combined with TCM and western medicine oral treatment of SAT is better than the simple use of western medicine, and can reduce the recurrence rate. In addition, the TCM oral admin- is＇-ation of Mongolian medicine,topical Chinese medicine fumigation, proprietary Chinese medicine and other methods can also be effective in the treatment of SAT. However, there is little report of clinical trials of TCM of SAT deficiency syn- drome. In the future more clinical research in this area is needed, to standardize the dosedosage forms and methods of TCM external application, and improve the clinical repeatability.
