摘　　要：选择合适的审读人员,对审读工作取得预期的效果至关重要.针对组织审读的单位在选择审读人员时存在的一些误区,提出应根据审读的目的、内容、组织审读单位的实际情况选择审读人员,使审读工作充分发挥其对学术期刊的监督促进作用,促进全国期刊业的全面健康繁荣发展.It is very important to choose the appropriate review personnel to obtain the expected effect of the reading work. For the errors that exist in the organization of the reviewers, it is necessary to select the personnel according to the purpose of the review, the content and the actual situation of the organizational uni, so as to give full play the role of supervision and promotion of the review work to its academic journals, thus to promote a comprehensive healthy and prosperous development of the national journal industry.
