摘　　要：为了解决用户反映的SWRH82B-1线材出现脆断、性能偏低等问题,运用成分分析、金相组织检验、硬度测试等方法,分析了影响原因,并在生产中采取了相应的措施,解决了小断面连铸坯生产Φ12.5mm SWRH82B-1线材压缩比偏低的质量问题。In order to solve the problem like brittle failure,mechanical properties on the low side of SWRH82B-1 wire rod,which are reflected by the clients,the reason are analyzed by experiment research such as composition analysis,microstructure examination and hardness testing and so on,and the corresponding measures are carried out during the production,to overcome the quality problem of low compression ratio for Φ 12.5 mm/SWRH82B-1（ hereinafter referred to as 82 b） wire rod which is rolled throug small section continuous casting billet.
