摘 要:棉织物存在吸湿性不高,抗皱性差等缺点。采用氢氧化钠溶解羊毛制得角蛋白溶液,在不同温度和时间下用羊毛角蛋白溶液整理棉织物,并测试整理后的棉织物的回潮率、吸水性能、透湿性能、抗皱回复性、白度和硬挺度。测试结果表明,羊毛角蛋白在温度60℃、上染时间90 min条件下对棉织物的附着率最高;经角蛋白溶液整理后的棉织物,其透湿性能、吸水性能、吸湿性能、抗皱回复性能和刚柔度等都有所提高,而白度略有下降。The cotton fabric is poor in hygroscopicity, anti-wrinkle resistance. So it was treated with the wool keratin solution at different temperatures and times. The keratin solution was prepared by dissolving wool with sodium hydroxide. Then the moisture regain, water absorption, moisture permeability, anti-wrinkle re- covery, whiteness and stiffness of the finished cotton fabric were tested. The results show that the adhesion rate of wool keratin to cotton fabric at 60℃ in 90 minutes was the highest. The moisture permeability, water absorption, anti-wrinkle recovery and rigidity of the cotton fabric finished after the keratin solution increased, while the whiteness slightly decreased.
