摘　　要：A rapid and simple procedure for synthesis of 2,6-di（naphthalene thioureido carbamino）pyridine fluorescine anion acceptor by the reaction between pyridine-2,6-dicarbohydrazide obtained from 2,6-dimethylpyridine after three-step reaction and 1-napbthyl isothiocyanate is described, and all reactions could be carried out under microwave heating condition.
