摘 要:水流经过有偏角的舵叶时,会产生使船舶转向所需要的力矩,使船舶转向。舵系安装的好坏直接影响船舶的操纵性能和生命安全。目前约有70%~80%以上的船舶都采用流线型普通舵,少数船舶采用特种舵如主动舵、整流帽舵、襟翼舵等。本文主要以"海洋四号"石油勘探船襟翼舵为例,介绍其施工安装程序,简述其与普通舵系的不同之处,为船舶舵系安装提供借鉴和参考。The steering system is like a car's steering.When the water passes through the rudder blade with a deflection angle, it will provide the necessary torque for a ship in sailing, to turn the ship. Therefore, whether the rudder system installation is correct or not, would directly affect the ship's performance and life safety. About 70%-80% of the ships use streamlined ordinary rudder, and a small number of ships use special rudder, such as active rudder, rectifier cap rudder, flap rudder and so on. This paper mainly takes the marine four flap rudder as an example, introduces the construction and installation procedures, and briefly expounds the difference between the ordinary rudder system, which provides guidance and reference for the installation of the rudder system. At the same time, the paper also analyzes what work can be done by shipyard in order to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency, and introduces the installation technology of marine four flap rudder, which can provide guidance for the project, and can also provide reference for other projects.
