摘  要:作为船舶在水面与陆地的运输纽带,船排自身的结构强度至关重要。尤其在使用多年后,船排斜架车腐蚀损伤严重,承载强度减弱,需要对腐蚀后的船排进行安全评估。本文采用超声波测厚法对某使用多年的船排的腐蚀情况进行检测,并通过三维建模和有限元分析方法对承载强度进行全面分析,获得各工况下的等效应力与变形云图,得出评估及鉴定结果。It is very important to have a strength assessment of Beaching Wedged Chassis used for ship launching. Need for safety assessment for Beaching Wedged Chassis on account of serious corrosion damage and bearing strength weakening, especially after used for many years. This paper adopted the ultrasonic flaw detection to obtain the corrosion morphology of Beaching Wedged Chassis used for many years, as well as investigated the strength characteristics with three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis. A series of calculation results are undertaken, appraisal and evaluation results are obtained.
