摘  要:以线路总网损最小为目标函数、多种主动管理约束、无功补偿限制和电气限制为约束条件,建立了主动配电网中考虑主动管理的无功补偿双层规划模型。模型计及分布式风电源输出功率的不确定性,采用多场景方法,以线路总网损最小及各场景下线路网损最小分别作为上、下层规划模型的优化目标。设计了混合蛙跳算法和原对偶内点法相结合的混合算法对模型进行求解。对IEEE 33节点主动配电网算例及实际电网算例进行仿真分析,结果验证了模型的合理性。The reactive power compensation bilevel programming model considering the active managemen! in the active distribution network is established by taking the minimum of the line total loss as the objective function, the multiple active management constraints, the reactive power compensation limit and the electrical limit as the constraint condition. The model takes into account the output power uncertainty of the distributed wind power source, and uses the multi-scene method which takes the minimum of the total line loss and the minimum value of the line loss in each scene as the optimization target of the upper and lower planning model respectively. A hybrid algorithm combining hybrid leapfrog algorithm and original dual interior point method is designed to solve the model. The simulation analysis of IEEE 33 node active distribution network and actual grid example verifies the rationality of the model.
