摘　　要：针对我国大中型城市品质化、差异化的公交服务需求,以及公交线网普遍存在的功能同质化、运转低效等问题,从公交网络结构、组织节点等方面提出了公交分层次网络模式及规划方法。结合南宁市2013-2015年公交线网优化调整方案实施情况进行分析,在介绍公交线网规划思路基础上,以南宁经济技术开发区为代表区域,重点论述区域公交发展现状与问题、线网规划思路、规划方案以及实施效果。提出一体化的公交分层次网络模式、规划方法及实践案例,可为大中型城市公交线网优化提供参考。To satisfy the good quality and quite different bus service demands, and solve the universal problems such as function homogenization and poor operation efficiency in the transit network planning of the big and medium-sized cities, a hierarchy network planning model and planning method which consider the transit network distribution, organization nodes and other relevant elements are developed. In addition, a case study based on the transit network planning practice from 2013 to 2015 in Naiming City is conducted. Based on the introduction of the general though~ and main practices of transit network planning, the transit network planning practice of Nanning economic and technological development zone （development zone） is selected as an analysis model. It then analyses the transit development status and problems, network planning thought, planning scheme and implementation effect of the development zone. The proposed integration hierarchy network planning model and method as well as case study, could be used for reference for the transit network planning of relevant cities.
