摘 要:为研究煤矿采空区含瓦斯和不同氧氮比气氛对浮煤自燃的影响,建立了煤低温氧化实验系统,设计了不同氧氮比和甲烷体积分数的18组实验气氛方案,并在此气氛下对自燃煤层煤样开展程序升温氧化实验。研究表明,高氧氮比气氛下煤样CO初始产出温度比低氧氮比气氛低,同时高甲烷组分抑制CO生成;C_2H_4产出随甲烷体积分数增加而降低,随氧氮比减小而降低,氧化气氛中甲烷对C_2H_4产出有一定的抑制效应;在拐点温度后,高氧氮比、低甲烷组分下CO_2产出速率高于低氧氮比、高甲烷组分;C_2H_6产出到160℃时达到峰值,随后产出量缓慢下降。To research the influence of mine goaf gas and different oxygen nitrogen ratios atmosphere on coal spontaneous combustion in goal, coal sample low temperature oxidation experiment system was established, eighteen experimental plans were designed under the condition of different oxygen nitrogen ratios, and the low temperature oxidation of combustion coal samples were carried out on experiment system under eighteen types atmosphere plans. Research shows that coal sample CO initial output temperature of high oxygen nitrogen ratio is lower than that of low oxygen nitrogen ratio, and high methane concentration inhibit CO production; C2H4 production decreases with the increase of methane concentration, reduces with oxygen nitrogen ratio decrease, and methane atmosphere inhibit C2H4 production; after the inflection temperature, CO2 production rate of high oxygen nitrogen ratio and low methane concentration is higher than that of low oxygen nitrogen ratio and high methane concentration; C2H6 production reaches peak value at 160℃, and then begins to slow down.
