摘  要:为解决大倾角薄煤层安全高效综采技术难题,四川华蓥山广能公司自主研制了MG200/495-QWD内牵引悬臂式双滚筒采煤机、ZY3500/07/15Q型防倒防滑板式顶梁掩护液压支架、SGZ730/2x200型中双链双驱动刮板输送机等综采设备,并在雷公山煤矿1121工作面进行了现场工业性试验。试验结果表明,工作面"三机"设备配套合理,开采机械自动化程度大幅提高,成功实现了倾角小于45°、厚度小于1 m的大倾角薄煤层综合机械化开采;试验期间工作面安全推进580m,累计产煤16.5万t,工作面最大月产量3万t。In order to solve the technical problem of safety and high efficiency fully mechanized mining in large dip angle thin c, oal seam, Sichuan Huayingshan Guangneng Company independently developed MG200/495-QWD traction cantilever double drum shearer, ZY3500/07/15Q type anti-skid plate-type beam shield hydraulic support, SGZ730/2x200 type double-chain double-drive scraper conveyor and other fully-mechanized coal mining equipment, and industrial test was carried out in Leig(mgshan Coal Mine 1121 working face. Test results show that "three-machine" complete sets of equipment is reasonable, mining machinery automa- tion degree is increased, the comprehensive mechanical mining of inclined thin seam is successful implementated with the inclined angle of less than 45~and the thickness less than 1 m during the trial period. Working tace safety advancing is 580 m witb 16.,5 million t of cumulative production of coal, and the maximum monthly production of working face is 30 kt.
