摘　　要：根据油气勘探与生产业务的投资及运营特点,选取基于现金流的收益法,建立油气勘探与生产业务价值评估模型,并对其关键价值驱动因素进行敏感性分析,针对某综合性石油公司油气勘探与生产业务进行了实证研究。结果表明:油气勘探与生产业务价值评估模型能够有效评估业务的价值创造能力,并识别关键价值驱动因素;结合我国油气勘探与生产业务的发展现状,特别是原油处于勘探开发中后期、天然气上产潜力较大的油气勘探与生产企业,在低油价形势下,提升投资效益的两大最为关键举措为降低单位原油操作成本和提高天然气产量。Based on the characteristics of investment and operation of the business, this research establishes a value evaluation model using cash income method. With the model, the key value driving factor is analyzed, and the model is empirically studied with the oil and gas exploration and production business of an integrated oil company. The results indicate that value evaluation model can efficiently evaluate the ability to create value of the business and identify the value drivers. Considering the development of oil and gas exploration and production business in China, the exploration and production enterprises of which oil resources are in the middle or late stage and natural gas resources have great potential, should reduce the operating cost of oil and increase natural gas production in order to improve economic efficiency in the situation of low oil prices.
