摘 要:依据某航空相机光学设计指标设计了焦距为100 mm、400 mm的双视场相机,其长焦距全视场传递函数达0.3以上。为减小相机重量,提高其动态刚度,以相机主支撑结构的厚度和筋宽为设计变量,以固有频率不低于某值为约束条件,应用NX7.5软件对航空相机结构进行了优化设计。优化结果为相机质量减小了0.7 kg,一阶固有频率提高了13 Hz。对优化后的相机结构进行了模态分析和热分析,分析结果验证了优化设计的正确性。最后通过试验验证了设计结果的有效性。航空相机切实可行的光机设计有效地保证了整个系统的性能指标都能满足使用要求。Dual field-of-view camera of 100mm and 400mm focal length was designed based on the given aerial camera optical design index, and the transfer function of long focal distance and full field is more than 0. 3. In order to reduce the mass and improve the dynamic rigidity of aerial camera, the wall thickness and rib width of the main supporting structure in aerial camera were taken as the design variables. The natural frequency was ensured no less than a specific value, which was the constraint condition. The NXT. 5 software was used to do the structure optimization design for the camera. The optimization result shows that the weight of zoom lens is reduced by 0. 7 kg and the first-order natural frequency increases by 13 Hz. Modal analysis and thermal analysis were performed for the optimized camera, and the analysis results verify the correctness of the optimization design. Finally, the validity of the design was verified by the test. The optic-mechanical design of dual FOV aerial camera can efficiently ensure the performance of the whole system and can satisfy the requirement.
