摘  要:针对灶具钢化玻璃面板出现的爆裂问题,对两种不同结构尺寸的灶具钢化玻璃展开了实验研究,通过改变面板的热负荷、力负荷和受力点的位置等多方面的因素,获得了两种灶具面板的应力和位移的变化规律.实验表明:面板所受热负荷小于6kW/m2时,钢化玻璃面板的应力随热负荷的增加而增加;面板垂直位移大于水平位移,最大位移值随热负荷的增加而增大;力负荷的作用点和大小可改变面板所受的压强,当压强减小时面板的应力减小;热负荷较小时,面板对压强变化的敏感性较大;不同结构形式的面板对力作用点和力大小变化的敏感性不同;在相同的力负荷和热负荷下,钢化玻璃面板的应力与其表面温度高低有较大关系.In order to investigate spontaneous breakage of the tempered glass panel for cooking appliances, the experiments were conducted on two different glass panels. Changing some factors such as thermal toad, force load, and the location of force, the law of stress and displacement of these two types of panel for cooking appliances were obtained. The experiments show that when thermal load on glass panel is less than 6 kW/m^2 , vertical displacement of panel are more than its displacement in horizontal direction, in addition, the maximum displacement of tempered glass panel increases with the rising of the thermal load, so does the stress. The pressure on the panel changes with both the value and location of the force, and the stresses of the panel decrease with the pressures. The panels are more sensitive to the pressure under the low thermal load, and different structures of panels appear different sensitive levels about the variation on the sizes of force action area and force load. The stress of tempered glass panel is closely related to its surface temperature, when it suffers the same force or thermal load.
