摘 要:为了研究榔榆的抗寒性,以一年生榔榆叶片为试材,通过不同的低温处理来测定叶片中电导率变化以及丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性蛋白含量的变化情况。结果表明:随着温度的降低,电导率呈上升趋势;丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸含量呈先升后降的变化;可溶性蛋白呈先降后升又降的变化。榔榆通过体内膜透性的改变以及渗透物质的积累来抵抗低温造成的伤害。这些结果为进一步分析榔榆抵抗逆境的生理学特性奠定了基础,并可为榔榆的北引提供良好的理论依据。In order to study the cold resistance of Ulmus parvifolia, the annual leaves of the product was selected as the material, the contents of MDA, soluble sugar, free proline(Pro) and soluble protein were determined by different low temperature treatments. The results showed that with the reduction of temperature the conductivity was rising; MDA content, soluble sugar and free proline content were lowered after the first change; Soluble protein was in the change of the rise and fall after fall first. The Ulmus parvifolia was resistant to the damage caused by low temperature through in vivo changes in membrane permeability and accumulation of permeate.These results provided a good theoretical basis for the further analysis of the physiologic characteristics of resistance to stress.
