摘 要:探讨了热湿处理对苎麻纱线性能的影响。直接采用苎麻粗纱进行纺制试验,通过改变热湿处理的时间,得出4个苎麻细纱样品;在不同热湿处理时长的条件下,对比分析了苎麻纱线的毛羽、拉伸性能、条干的变化规律。结果表明:当热定形器中玻璃管长度为25mm时,纱线的有害毛羽明显减少,同时纱线的拉伸性能和条干也有所改善。认为:采用细纱工序的热湿处理有利于改善苎麻细纱的毛羽、拉伸性能、条干等性能。Influence of heat-moisture treatment on ramie yarn property was discussed. Ramie roving was a- dopted for spinning experiment directly. Through the change of heat-moisture treatment time,four kinds of ramie spun yarn was produced. Under different heat-moisture treatment times, the change principles of hairiness, tensile property and evenness of ramie yarn were compared and analyzed. The test results showed that the yarns harmful hairiness were obviously decreased,yarn tensile property and evenness were improved at the same time when the glass tube length in heat setting equipment was 25 mm. It is considered that the heat-moisture treatment of spin- ning process is beneficial to improve the hairiness,tensile properties,evenness and so on of ramie spun yarn.
