摘 要:总结棉仪纶混纺牛仔织物的生产工艺,并对其性能进行了测试。通过对比染色效果,选择棉与仪纶的混纺比为80∶20;以棉/仪纶80/20 58.4tex混纺竹节纱为例,介绍了各工序的生产要点。选用贝宁格整经机,车速500m/min;染色工序保证母液质量稳定,保证染色均匀;浆纱工序保证浆纱的耐磨性;后整理工序重点控制经向缩水。最终生产的产品可以达到相关标准一等品指标。认为:通过优化各工序工艺参数,可以生产出质量较好的棉仪纶混纺牛仔织物。Production process of cotton yilon blended denim fabric was summarized. Properties of the fabric were tested. Comparing the dyeing effect, blended radio of cotton yilon is 80 : 20. With cotton/yilon 80/20 58.4 tex blended slub yarn,production key points in each process were introduced. Benninger warper was chose and speed of warper was 500 m/min. Mother liquid stable quality and dyeing uniformity were ensured in dyeing process. Sizing wearability was ensured in sizing process. Warp shrinkage was controlled emphatically in finishing process. The final product can meet the Grade A index of relevant standard. It is considered that with optimizing each process technology parameters,better quality cotton yilon blended denim fabric can be produced.
