生精胶囊治疗少弱精子症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察生精胶囊治疗少弱精子症患者的疗效。方法:将193例少弱精子症患者随机分成3组,联合用药组63例口服生精胶囊(4粒/次,3次/天),同时加服维生素E片(1粒/次,3次/d);治疗组70例口服生精胶囊(4粒/次,3次/天);对照组60例口服维生素E片(1粒/次,3次/天)。3组疗程均为12周。以精子密度、(a+b)级精子、精子活率、果糖含量和α-中性糖苷酶为主要疗效指标,以精液量、a级精子、液化时间、正常精子形态为次要疗效指标来评价疗效。结果:有184例患者完成临床观察,治疗4周、8周、12周后治疗组和联合用药组的精子密度、(a+b)级精子、精子活率、果糖含量和α-中性糖苷酶都有不同程度的改善,患者配偶怀孕率分别达到19.7%和19.67%,明显高于对照组的10.53%。结论:生精胶囊可明显提高少弱精子症患者精液质量,提高患者配偶怀孕率,未见明显不良反应。Objective：To observe the effect of Shengjing capsul 193 patients with oligoasthenospermia were randomly divided into e on treatment of oligoasthenospermia. Methods： three groups： the control group （60 cases）,the treatment group （70 cases）and the combination group （63 cases）. The combination group was treated with Shen^ing capsule （4 capsules at a time, 3 times a day）and Vitamin E （one capsule at a time, 3 times a day）orally for 12 weeks. The treatment group was treated with Shen^ing capsule （4 capsules at a time, 3 times a day） for 12 weeks. The control group was treated with Vitamin E （one capsule at a time, 3 times a day）for 12 weeks. The treatment effect of Shengjing capsule was evaluated mainly by the sperm concentration, percentage of progressive motility（sum of grades a＋b）, sperm motility, fructose density and a-glycosidase; and secondarily by volume of semen, percentage of grade a, sperm liquefaction time, normal sperm morphology. Results： 184 patients had finished clinical trial. The sperm concentration, percentage of progressive motility（a, and sum of grades a＋b）, fructose density and α-glycosidase of both treatment and combination groups were significantly improved after treatment for 4,8 and 12 weeks. The prevalence of spouse pregnancy for both groups was 19.7% and 19.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （ 10.53% ）. Conclusions： Shengjing capsule can improve seminal quality and pregnancy rate of patients＇ spouse with oligoasthenospermia. There was no obvious adverse reaction.
