摘 要:通过在饲粮中添加不同的益生菌培养物,探讨其对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫功能及血液生化指标的影响。选用30头体况良好、胎次接近、体质量一致的军牧一号断奶仔猪,公母各半,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,酵母组、乳酸组和复合组分别在基础日粮基础上添加1.8‰酵母培养物、1.6‰乳酸菌培养物和1.8‰酵母培养物+0.8‰乳酸菌培养物。预饲期7d,正试期28d。结果显示:饲粮中添加酵母培养物和乳酸菌培养物可极显著提高断奶仔猪生长性能(P<0.01),而复合组对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响不显著(P>0.05)。同时,所有的益生菌产物添加组均能提高断奶仔猪血清IgG、IL-6和IFN-γ的含量;其中,IgG含量显著高于抗生素组(P<0.05),IFN-γ含量显著高于对照组与抗生素组(P<0.05)。结果表明:饲粮中添加酵母培养物对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫功能及血液生化指标的促进效果最佳。Different probiotic cultures were added to feeding stuff in order to study their effects on growth performance, immunological function and blood biochemical indexes of weaned piglets. Thirty healthy Junmu I weaned piglets (15 ♂ +15 ♀ ) with close parity and weight were randomly assigned into 5 groups with 6 replicates of 1 piglets each. The control group were fed a basal diet, while the yeast group, the lactobacillus group and the compound group were fed the basal diet sup- plemented 1.80/ooo with yeast culture, I. 6%0 lactic acid bacteria culture a compound of 1.8%0 yeast culture plus 0.8% acid bacteria culture,respectively. The test period eonsistsed of a 7-day pre-test and a 28-day experiment. The results showed that weaned piglet growth performance was apparently improved in the yeast group and the lactobacillus group (P〈0. 01), however, that of the compound group changed little (P〉0.05). In all groups supplemented with probiotic cultures,the level of serum IgG, interleukin-6 (IL-6) and IFN-γ was obviously increased, in which the serum IgG content was significantly higher than that of the antibiotics group (P〈0.05) ,the IFN-γ con- tent significantly higher than that of the control group and the antibiotics group (P〈0.05). According to the above indexes, it can be concluded that supplement with yeast culture in feeding stuff can improve weaned piglet growth performance,immune indexes and blood biochemical pa- rameters.
