摘  要:采用模压烧结工艺制备了质量分数5%~25%的聚苯硫醚(PPS)和5%的二硫化钼(MoS_2)填充聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)密封材料,并探讨了PPS含量对PPS/MoS_2/PTFE密封材料的维氏硬度、压缩回弹性能及蠕变松弛性能等的影响。结果表明,PPS含量的不同对PPS/MoS_2/PTFE密封材料的性能具有显著影响。随着PPS填充量的增加,PPS/MoS_2/PTFE密封材料的维氏硬度逐渐增大,压缩率逐渐降低,回弹率逐渐升高,且当PPS质量分数为5%~10%时,PPS/MoS_2/PTFE密封材料的抗蠕变松弛性能最佳。The Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) sealing composites filled with 5% -25% PPS and 5% MoS2 at various mass fractions were prepared by die pressing and sintering process. The effect of the additive amount of PPS on the Vickers hardness, compressibility recovery performance and creep relaxation properties of the PPS/MoS2/PTFE sealing materials were systematically researched. The results showed that the amount of PPS could signicficantly influence the performance of the PPS/MoS2/PTFE sealing materials. Along with the increase of PPS, the Vickers hardness of PPS/MoS2/PTFE was increased, the compression rate decreased and the recovery rate increased. Additionally, when the mass fraction of PPS was 5% -10%, the PPS/MoS2/PTFE sealing material possessed the best resistance to creep relaxation.
