摘 要:为解决鄂尔多斯盆地南部致密油藏水平井大规模压裂开发以后面临的低产、低液和低效问题,进一步描述油藏动态、提高开发效果,通过评估低效水平井的潜力,制定了可行的解决方案和复产措施,基于远程智能控制原理,研制了高性能井下智能开关器,应用机电一体化手段将智能微电子技术应用于生产管柱中,形成了低成本且工序简单的智能分采技术,并基于多封隔器组合管柱力学效应计算方法,对智能分采管柱的变形量及卡水过程中所受的载荷进行了计算,以确保封隔器不会出现移动失效的问题。5口井的现场试验表明,该技术能够有效采集生产数据,降低含水率、提高产量,并且具有施工成本低和调层方便等优点,可以为致密油藏水平井控水稳油高效开发提供有效的技术支撑。To deal-witia low production,low liquid and low efficiency which occur after large scale horizontal well fracturing has been carried out to develop tight oil reservoirs in Southern Ordos Basin, and to further determine oil reservoir performance and improve the development, a number of feasible solutions and production recovery measures were determined and implemented by evaluating the potential of underperforming wells. Based on the principle of remote intelligent control,a high-performance downhole intelligent switch was developed. A smart layering exploiting technology with a low cost and a simple operation procedure was developed by applying intelligent microelectronic technology to production strings based on mechatronics, by means of a string mechanics effect calculation method used for multiple-packer combina- tion, the deformation of smart layering exploiting string and the load in the process of water packing were calculated to avoid movement and failure of packers. This technique was tested at 5 wells. It was shown that this smart layering exploiting technology could acquire production data effectively, decrease water cut and increase production rate. Therefore it was advantageous due to its low construction cost and a convenient layer control. Further,it may be an effective technique of water production control and oil production stabilization in tight oil reservoir horizontal wells.
