摘 要:丝织品文物经长期地下埋藏,出土时普遍存在严重糟朽、层间黏结的状况。为对丝织品文物进行有效的保护,根据自分层理论,研究出一种在降低丝织品文物层间黏结强度的同时,可以很好地增强丝织品文物本体力学强度的揭展剂。通过AFM、SEM对揭展剂成膜性、渗透性能进行表征,证明了自分层揭展剂分层效果、渗透性良好;使用机械强度、色差仪、硬挺度作为织物性能指标对揭展效果进行评价,证明揭展剂对古代黏结、脆弱丝织品具有良好的揭展、加固效果。应用该揭展剂成功揭展了安徽南陵出土宋代脆弱丝织品文物。Serious decay and interlayer adhesion are commonly found on long - buried textiles of cultural heritage interest. An unfolding reagent based on the concept of self - stratification was developed. The reagent can reduce the intensity of interlayer adhesion, as well as increase the mechanical strength of the textile. Atomic - force micros-copy and scanning electron microscope were used to characterize the film - forming ability and permeability of the un-folding reagent. The reagent was further assessed by measuring the mechanical strength, chromatic aberration and stiffness of the textiles treated. This reagent was then shown to be an excellent for unfolding and reinforcing the fragile textile. The reagent was used successfully to unfold a fragile Song dynasty textile unearthed at Nanling, Anhui.
