宫腔内感染新生儿转运至新生儿监护病房过程中耳、咽拭子培养与发生新生儿感染的相关性

摘　　要：目的:分析官腔内感染新生儿转运新生儿监护病房(NICU)过程中耳、咽拭子培养与发生新生儿感染的相关性。方法:收集分析2014年8月~2016年8月我院产科100例入NICU新生儿,采集新生儿的耳、咽拭子培养,分析患儿发生感染表现病例计数,耳、咽拭子培养阳性病例计数。结果:100例患儿发生感染表现71例(71.0%),耳、咽拭子培养阳性病例64例(64.0%)。结论:针对转运至NICU宫腔内感染新生儿进行耳、咽拭子培养,其培养结果与新生儿发生感染有显著相关性。Objective：To analyze the correlation between the culture of the middle ear and throat swab and the occunrence of neonatal infection during the neonatal period of Neonatal care unit （NICU） infection.Methods：The March 2014 ～-2016 year in March in our hospital 110 cases of patients with thyroid endocrine were randomly divided into experimental group and control group table method,the control group received routine nursing,the experimental group adopted high quality nursing,nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results：100 cases of children with infection in the performance of the 71 cases （71%）,ear,throat swab culture positive in 64 cases （64%）.Conclusion：The intrauterine infection in newborns were transferred to the NICU ear,throat swabs,by bacteriological detection and drug sensitivity to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.
