摘　　要：目的:探讨舒筋活血汤对SD大鼠肌腱损伤术后粘连的防治作用。方法:144只SD大鼠采用单侧下肢屈趾深肌腱分叉处近端约3mm处横断,Kessler法吻合进行造模。造模成功后随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组给予舒筋活血汤、对照组给予生理盐水,每日早晚各1次灌胃,用药2周。分别于术后2周、4周、8周观察腱周粘连范围,测定成纤维细胞数量、羟脯氨酸含量及生物力学变化的影响。结果:术后2周,实验组羟脯氨酸含量及抗张力强度与对照组无明显差异,相比对照组,实验组肌腱的粘连程度轻、成纤维细胞数量少(P<0.05)。术后4周、8周时实验组与对照组比较,肌腱的粘连程度轻、成纤维细胞数少、羟脯氨酸含量增多、抗张力强度增强(P<0.05)。结论:舒筋活血汤能有效减轻肌腱损伤术后粘连,增加羟脯氨酸的含量及肌腱的抗张力,有利于肌腱的愈合。Objective：To investigate the preventing and curing effection of tendon adhesion of SD rats with Shujin Huoxue Decoction.Methods：There were 144 SD rats,they were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group（Shujin Huoxue Decoction） and the control group（NS）.The section which is 3mm far from the proximal part of unilateral lower limb flexor tendon of each rat was transected and sutured later.After the surgery,the rats were injected by Shujin Huoxue Decoction in the experimental group,and other rats were injected by NS in the control group through the stoma,twice one day for 2 weeks.After 2 weeks,4 weeks,8 weeks following surgery,tendons were examined for morphology and histology with the microscopy,the number of fibroblasts,content of hydroxyproline,biomechanical test.Results：2 weeks after the surgery,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the content of hydroxyproline,biomechanical test.But compared with control group,the experimental group was significantly less in the degree of adhesions and the number of fibroblasts in 2 weeks after the surgery;Compared with control group,the experimental group was significantly less in the degree of adhesions and the number of fibroblasts in 4 and 8 weeks after the surgery.In the experimental group,the increased content of collagen fibers,the strengthened tensile strength of the tendons and the number of fibroblasts were obvious in 4 and 8 weeks after the surgery.The statistical results were significant （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The application of the Shujin Huoxue Decoction,on one hand,reduces the extent of tendon adhesion.On the other hand,it elevates the equality of the tendon healing.
