云南省边境市州旅游竞争力评价指标体系的构建及实证

摘　　要：在旅游发展新常态形势下,旅游竞争力水平对区域旅游业的生存和发展至关重要。基于旅游现状竞争力、旅游基础环境竞争力和旅游潜在竞争力3大维度11大具体量化指标构建了区域旅游竞争力量化测评指标体系,运用因子分析法对云南8个边境州市进行了旅游竞争力水平层级量化测评,评定出了边境地区旅游竞争力的层级类型。研究表明:边境地区8州市旅游发展竞争力层级分为较强旅游竞争力区、一般旅游竞争力区和较弱旅游发展竞争力区三种类型;整体上来看,较强旅游竞争力发展州市呈现"散点状"布局,主要集中于滇南地区,旅游发展竞争力一般区域和较弱旅游发展竞争力区呈现"连片状"绵延发展;边境州市旅游竞争力水平层级逐步形成了以滇南和滇西为核心向滇东南和滇西的部分州市为外缘发展的"核心—边缘"式空间发展格局。Under the new normal situation of tourism development, the level of ttiveness is very important to the survival and development of regional tourism. Based uation of tourism competitiveness, tourism basic environment competitiveness and tourism potentialcompetitiveness of the 3 major dimensions of the 11 major quantitative indicators, we build a quantita-tive evaluation index system of tourism competitiveness. By using factor analysis to measure the level of tourism competitiveness of Yunnan’s 8 border prefectures and cities,we evaluate the level of tourismcompetitiveness in the border areas. The results show that the level of tourism developmder areas is divided into three types, namely,the strong level of tourism competitiveness, ttourism competitiveness and the weak competitiveness of tourism development. On the whole, thestrong development of city tourism competitiveness presents “ sporadic” layout, it is ed in the southern region,the general region of tourism development competitiveness gion of tourism development competitiveness show forms of “ sheet” for stretching the development. Tourism competitiveness level of border prefectures and cities gradually form the core of the South and West of Yunnan Province to the outer edge of Southeast Yunnan Province in West of Yunnan Province for the development of “ core periphery” spatial development pattern.
