摘 要:本文采用现场录像与应变片测量相结合的方法,确定了用于海河大桥疲劳寿命分析的简化车辆荷载谱。通过比较有限元和测量数据的雨流计数结果,证实了此简化车辆荷载谱的可靠性。基于此简化荷载谱,运用有限元分析方法,研究了海河大桥横隔板在有无撑杆情况下三种位置(挖孔处、面板处、焊缝处)的应力应变历程,并运用Manson-Coffin公式计算相应位置的疲劳寿命。通过两种情形的对比,明确了海河大桥横隔板撑杆对其疲劳寿命的影响及其机理,对于改善同类横隔板设计具有一定的指导意义。In this paper, by the method of measuring the stress response in the transverse diaphragms and recording the passage of vehicles at the scene, a simplified load spectrum available for analyzing the fatigue life of Haihe Bridge is launched. Through comparing the results of measured data and finite element analysis both by the rain-flow counting method, the reliability of this simplified load spectrum is certified. Based on this simplified load spectrum, this paper analyzes the stress and strain history of 3 locations(location of hole, panel and weld joint) in the transverse diaphragms of Haihe Bridge in the situation of arm-ties existing or not,and calculates the fatigue life of the relative locations by using Manson-Coffin formula. By comparing the 2 different situations, the influence of arm-ties on fatigue life of transverse diaphragms is specified and the mechanism of this phenomenon is figured out, which has some guiding significance for improving the design of similar transverse diaphragms.
