摘　　要：针对电磁风扇离合器半轴断裂问题,运用失效分析方法,开展了半轴痕迹、断口、化学成分、金相组织和硬度分析,结合理论知识,找出失效原因,即半轴的台阶处未见明显圆角,造成局部应力集中较大,使其在交变载荷作用下发生疲劳断裂。The main reason of the half-shaft failure of electromagbetic fan clutches was analyzed by means of failure analysis through macroscopic and microscopic examination, chemical composition, microstructure, and hardness analysis. The results showed that the steps of the half-shaft did not have obvious rounded corner that caused the large local stress concentration, which led to the fatigue crack of the half-shaft under alternating loads.
