摘  要:目的探讨护理评估联合健康指导在老年糖尿病患者饮食管理中的效果。方法 89例老年糖尿病患者随机分为观察组45例和对照组44例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施护理评估与健康指导。观察2组干预前后饮食行为及糖代谢情况。结果干预6个月和12个月时,2组饮食行为评分均高于干预前,且观察组饮食行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预6个月和12个月时,2组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均降低,且观察组空腹血糖与餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预期间低血糖发生率2.22%,低于对照组的22.73%(P<0.05)。结论护理评估联合健康指导能有效改善老年糖尿病患者饮食行为和血糖控制效果,减少低血糖发生风险。Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing evaluation combined with health guidance for diet management of elderly patients with diabetes. Methods A total of 89 elderly patients with diabetes were randomly divided into observation group(n=45) and control group(n=44). Both two groups received routine nursing,and the nursing evaluation combined with health guidance was carried out in the observation group additionally. The dietary behavior and glycometabolic conditions were observed before and after interventions in both groups. Results The score of dietary behavior was markedly higher in the observation group than that of control groups 6 and 12 months after intervention(P〈0.05). The level of fasting blood glucose(FBG) and 2h postprandial blood glucose(2h BG) were lower in the observation group than those of control group at 6 and 12 months after intervention(P〈0.05). The occurrence rate of hypoglycemia was 2.22% in observation group and was 22.73% in control group,with a significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion Nursing evaluation combined with health guidance can effectively improve the dietary behavior and glycometabolic control,and decrease the risk of hypoglycemia in elderly patients with diabetes.
