艾灸盒艾灸涌泉穴的应用实践

摘　　要：目的探讨艾灸双足涌泉穴治疗咯血中艾灸盒的使用效果。方法 148例咯血患者在常规救治的基础上,将艾灸盒固定在双足涌泉穴处,行温经止血治疗。结果应用艾灸盒进行艾灸止血治疗过程中,无1例发生烫伤,无1例患者因艾灸而影响其他抢救措施的落实。结论应用艾灸盒艾灸涌泉穴,不但起到防止烫伤患者皮肤,还能一定程度上提高护理质量和工作效率,减少护士职业损伤。Objective To observe the application of Moxa box in moxibustion of Yongquan acupoints for hemoptysis patients. Methods Totally 148 hemoptysis patients were included and received hemostatic treatment. The moxibustion of Yongquan acupoints by using Moxa box was carried out as an adjuvant therapy. Results There was no cases of scald induced by moxibustion during treatment. All patients received the hemostatic treatment and moxibustion successfully.Conclusion Moxibustion by using Moxa box can prevent the scald in patients and reduce the risk of occupational injuries in nurses.
