BD留置针与威高留置针临床应用比较

摘　　要：目的探讨BD公司生产的密闭式防针刺伤型静脉留置针(BD留置针)与山东威海洁瑞医用制品有限公司生产的一次性使用静脉留置针(威高留置针)在临床输液使用中的优劣性。方法统计骨伤科2016年3月-11月输液人次,就2种留置针的留置时间、舒适度、护士操作难度、临床安全性能等多方面进行比较。结果无论从患者还是护士方面,威高留置针在临床使用的效果都优于BD。结论留置针的使用与患者因素、护士因素、药物因素等诸多方面相关,各类型号留置针均有其不可替代的优缺点,临床工作要根据实际情况选择合适的输液工具。Objective To compare the clinical application between BD safety closed intravenous indwelling needle and Weigao intravenous catheter indwelling needle for single use. Methods To calculate the times of infusion treatment between March,2016 and November,2016,and to compared the application outcome between two kinds of indwelling needle,including indwelling time,comfort level of patient,operation difficulty and clinical safety. Results Weigao indwelling needle had a better application value compared with BD indwelling needle in terms of issues from nurses and patients. Conclusion The use of indwelling needle may affected by factors from nurse,patient,infusion drug and others. Each Indwelling needle has its advantages and disadvantages,which should be chose in a consideration of clinical practice.
