集束化护理预防留置针静脉炎的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨集束化护理在预防留置针静脉炎的中的应用效果。方法肿瘤中心收治患者190例根据收治病区不同分为2组。干预组85例患者使用静脉留置针后给予集束化护理,对照组患者105例使用静脉留置针后给予常规护理。比较2组静脉炎发生情况。结果干预组静脉炎发生率24.70%(21/85),对照组为61.90%(65/105),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预能有效预防肿瘤患者留置针静脉炎的发生风险。Objective To investigate the effect of cluster nursing intervention in prevention of venous catheter associated phlebitis in cancer patients. Methods A total of 190 cancer patients were assigned to the intervention group（n=85） and the control group（n=105）. Patient in the intervention group received cluster nursing intervention during intravenous infusion,and patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. The incidence of venous catheter associated phlebitis was compared between two groups. Results The incidence of venous catheter associated phlebitis was 24.70%（21/85） in the intervention group,which is lower than 61.90%（65/105） of controls,with a significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of cluster nursing intervention can effectively reduce the risk of venous catheter associated phlebitis during intravenous infusion treatment.
