摘  要:目的:探讨不同锻炼项目对中学生心理应激程度的影响。方法:采用准实验设计和多元方差分析,对90名中学生进行为期16周的干预。结果:(1)徐州市中学生的心理应激率为30%,其中轻度心理应激率11%,中度心理应激率为14%,重度心理应激率为5%。(2)运动干预后,轻中度心理应激中学生的心理应激水平与干预前差异具有统计学意义(T轻=3.62,P=0.00;T中=3.43,P=0.00),重度心理应激中学生的心理应激水平与干预前差异没有统计学意义(T重=1.54,P=0.14)。(3)不同锻炼项目不仅对心理应激水平的主效应具有统计学意义(F=32.572,P=0.000),交互作用也具有统计学意义(F=3.682,P=0.000)。结论:不同锻炼项目对不同程度中学生心理应激具有明显的缓解效应。Objective : To investigate the effect of different exercise intervention on the psycho-logical stress of middle school students. Methods : Using Quasi Experimentation Design and MANOVA, 90 middle school students were intervened for 16 weeks. Results: (1) The psy-chological stress rate of middle school students in Xuzhou city was 30% , in which 11% were mild mental stress, 14% were moderate, and 5% were severe. (2) After exercise interven-tion ,there was a statistical significance in the level of psychological stress among middle school students of mild and moderate psychological stress before and after intervention ( T mild =3.62, P= 0.00. T moderate = 3. 43 , P= 0.00) however, no statistical significance was found in the level of psychological stress among middle school students of severe psycho-logical stress before and after intervention (T severe =1. 54, P = 0. 14) , indicating that ex-ercise intervention can relieve the psychological stress of middle school students. (3 ) The main effect of different intervention methods on the level of psychological stress was statisti-cally significant (F =32. 572,P =0?000),and the interaction of different intervention and psychological stress was also statistically significant ( P = 0. 000 , F = 3.682 ). Conclusion : Different exercise intervention has obvious effect on the psychological stress of middle school students.
