摘　　要：通过对高层建筑中的梁式转换层结构的设计及相关应用进行分析,得到了梁式转换层中的各设计要点,对梁式转换层结构设计中易出现的问题进行了总结分析,并提出相应的处理建议,以确保转换层结构的建筑正常使用及满足相应的抗震要求。Through the analysis of the beam of high-rise building conversion layer structure design and application, get the beam type conversion layer in the main points of design of beam type conversion layer is prone to problems in the structure design were analyzed and put forward the cor-responding proposal, to ensure the normal use of the building structure conversion layer and meet the corresponding seismic requirements.
