摘　　要：通过对公共建筑厨房使用特点的分析,并根据工程设计程序和实际运行中出现的一些情况,对厨房的通风空调系统设计进行了探讨和分析,并提出了设计注意要点,为今后同类工程设计提供参考。Through analyzing public building kitchen utilization features, according to engineering design program and actual operation matters, the paper explores the kitchen ventilation air-conditioning system design, and puts forward some design matters, which has provided some guid-ance for similar engineering design in future.
