摘　　要：介绍了建设单位在建筑工程项目质量管理中的重要性,从项目管理组织体系建立、重视前期策划、做好招标工作、严把设计质量关、抓好施工阶段质量控制、关注保修阶段质量工作六方面,论述了建设单位提高质量管理水平的方法,以确保工程项目质量。The thesis introduces the importance of building engineering project quality management for construction uni ts , and discusses methods of improving quality management level for construction units from six aspects of establishing project management organization system, paying atten-tion on preliminary planning, doing well in bidding, strictly controlling design quality, controlling construction quality , and emphasizing mainte- nance-insurance-phase quality, with a view to guarantee the engineering project quality.
