摘  要:目的建立顶空气相色谱法测定氟[^(18)F]脱氧葡糖注射液中3种有机溶剂残留量的方法。方法采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法,Thermo TG-WAXMS毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm,0.5μm),以氮气为载气,采用氢火焰检测器(FID)为检测器,程序升温:初始50℃,维持8min,以30℃·min-1升温至130℃,保持2min。结果乙醇、丙酮和乙腈3种有机溶剂均达到完全分离,在考察的质量浓度范围内线性关系均良好,高、中、低3种质量浓度的回收率为97.6%~99.0%。结论该方法灵敏度、准确度均达到有机溶剂残留量的检测要求,可用于氟[^(18)F]脱氧葡糖注射液中3种有机溶剂残留量的检测和分析。Objective To establish a headspace gas chromatography method for the determination of residual organic solvents(ethanol,acetone and acetonitrile)in Fludeoxyglucose[18 F]Injections.Methods Headspace gas chromatography was adopted using a Thermo TG-WAXMS capillary column(30m×0.25 mm,0.5μm)with nitrogen as the carrier gas and flame ionization detector(FID)as the detector.The initial column temperature was set at 50 ℃,maintained for 8min,and then raised(30 ℃·min^-1)to130 ℃,and maintained for another 2 min.Results The 3residual organic solvents(ethanol,acetone and acetonitrile)were completely separated.A good linearity in the experimental concentration was observed.The average recoveries were between 97.6%-99.0%.Conclusion The method is sensitive and accurate,and can be used for the determination of 3residual organic solvents in Fludeoxyglucose[-(18)F]Injections.
