2012～2015年安神类中成药使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的调查我院2012~2015年安神类中成药的使用情况,探讨安神类中成药用药的规律性。方法采用WHO推荐的限定日剂量为指标的分析方法,对我院近4年每种安神类中成药的年销售金额、用药频度(DDDS)、日均费用(DDC)、门诊及住院部使用情况等数据进行统计分析。结果 2012~2015年,安神类中成药的年销售总金额、总DDDS值均呈上升趋势,日均费用趋于稳定。结论我院安神类中成药品种结构相对稳定,疗效确切、价格适中、不良反应小的安神类中成药在临床上值得应用推广,而其用药的经济性和安全性也应引起临床的高度重视。Objective To investigate the application situation of traditional Chinese patent sedatives and tranquilizers in our hospital during 2012-2015,and to understand the application regularity of the Chinese patent medicines.Methods Using DDD analysis recommended by WHO,the utilization of traditional Chinese patent sedatives and tranquilizers in our hospital during the four years was analyzed statistically in respects of annual consumption sum,DDDs,DDC,outpatient and inpatient use etc.Results From 2012 to 2015,the annual total consumption sum and annual total DDDs of traditional Chinese patent sedatives and tranquilizers assumed an upward trend,but DDC tended to be stable.Conclusion At present,the drug structure of traditional Chinese patent sedatives and tranquilizers in our hospital was relatively stable,the utilization of drugs was reasonable basically.The traditional Chinese patent sedatives and tranquilizers which has accurate curative effect,moderate price and less adverse reactions are worthy of being popularized in clinic.Meanwhile,great importance should be attached to the safety and economy of the drug use.
