摘 要:在制丝生产线加香加料系统中,为解决本地料罐生产过程中通过自动排空装置向外溅料的问题,采用计算流体力学(ANSYS Fluent)软件设计防溅节料装置,并对节料效果进行了仿真分析。确定了节料装置与料罐的连接方式为螺纹连接,其规格为R3/4"密封管螺纹。其外壳为圆形,根据现场安装空间主要设计参数确定为:底面直径0.15 m,高0.16 m,壁厚1.5 mm,壳体内径为0.147 mm。经过仿真计算,确定了阻料器挡板的数量为3个。结果表明:本地料罐安装上防溅节料装置后,生产一批烟丝平均溅料次数由改进前6次降为0,1 a可节约料液800 kg。大大降低了生产成本,有效地维护了生产现场的干净整洁。In order to solve the splashing problem of local tank through the automatic emptying devices in the cigarette flavoring and casing system of tobacco production line,the tank anti-splashing device is designed using ANSYS Fluent software, the effect of spice-saving is simulated and analyzed. The device is linked with tank by R3/4 ″ sealing pipe thread. The major design parameters for circular outer casing are determined according to site installation space that bottom diameter is 0.15 m, height is 0.16 m,wall thickness is 1.5mm, and an inner diameter is 0.147 m. The amount of baffle plates preventing spices outflow is determined to be 3 via simulation and analysis by ANSYS Fluent. The results show that after installing this device, the frequency of splashing spices decreases from 6 to 0 times, each production batch of tobacco and 800 kg spices are saved in a year.The production cost is reduced greatly and the clean production site is maintained effectively.
