摘　　要：目的探讨B型超声下亚急性、慢性甲状腺炎“结节状”改变与甲状腺结节的声像区别。方法对3000余例经甲状腺功能检查的甲状腺疾病患者进行超声检查,对比声像图。结果甲状腺炎的“结节状”改变与甲状腺结节从包膜的有无、完整程度及位置上各有声像特征性表现。结论区分亚急性、慢性甲状腺炎“结节状”改变与甲状腺结节有助于甲状腺炎的诊断和治疗。Objective To study the difference of nodular ch anges of subacute and chronic thyroiditis from nodular goiter by B ultrasonography.Method More than 3,000cases with thyroid di sease checked by thyroid function we re recorded by B ultra-sonography ,and their ultrasonogra ms were compared.Result There were different characteristic manifestations in capsule's in-tact degree and site between thyroid itis and nodular goiter.Conclusion It is helpful to the diagnosis and tre atment of thyroiditis to differentiate the nodular change s of subacute and chronic thyroiditi s from nodular goiter.
