摘 要:矿山废弃物排放面临严峻的环保压力,同时随着开采深度增加,充填采矿成本逐年提高.利用废弃物开发低成本充填胶凝材料和废石作为充填骨料,是提高充填采矿经济效益和实现可持续发展的必由之路.首先简要介绍充填胶凝材料研究进展,分析开发金川矿山充填胶凝材料存在的困难和问题;然后提出利用酒钢矿渣开发低成本充填胶凝材料的技术路线与关键技术;最后针对金川镍矿资源开采和废弃物利用现状,提出以新型充填胶凝材料开发为突破口,开展废石、废渣、尾砂等固体废弃物资源化综合利用的技术途径,展望金川固体废弃物资源化综合利用的发展前景.A lot of waste discharge faces severe environmental pressure in Jinchuan mine and filling mining cost increase year by year with the mining depth increasing. It is the only road to reduce filling mining cost and realize sustainable development for Jinchuan mine that use waste developing low-cost cementing materials and using waste rock as filling aggregate. First, the research and development of filling cementing materials and analyze existing difficulties and problems for development of new filling gelled material for Jinchuan mine are briefly introduced in this paper. Then, the technical route and key technology for development of new type filling cementing materials using slag was put forward. Fi-nally ,considering the status of comprehensive utilization of nickel and cobalt mining resources in Jin-chuan mine, the research technique route to develop the new filling gelled material, as the break-through point, realize comprehensive utilization of solid wastes such waste rock and tailings are put for-ward and look forward development prospects to realize the resource comprehensive utilization in Jin- chuan mine.
