摘 要:针对四川某铜矿石采用常规丁基黄药为捕收剂,石灰、硫酸锌为调整剂进行铜矿浮选时生产指标不理想的情况,探索了新型浮选药剂DF-9(1)为捕收剂、DF-y90为起泡剂对该铜矿浮选的可行性,并与传统浮选药剂的浮选效果进行了对比。结果表明,采用新型浮选药剂经一粗一扫二精闭路流程试验,最终获得了铜品位23.35%、铜回收率95.19%的较好指标,比选矿厂使用常规药剂时铜品位提高1.35个百分点,铜回收率提高2.19个百分点,生产上使用该新药剂,能为企业创造好的经济效益和社会效益。In view of the unsatisfied processing index obtained lor the flotation of a copper ore from Sichuan with conventional butyl xanthate as coflectors, CaO and ZnSO4 as regulators, the feasibility of flotation using new coflector DF-9( 1 ) and frother DF- y90 was investigated. The results show that a close-circuit test with a process flowsheet, consisting of one stage of roughing, one scavenging and two stages of cleaning by using new flotation reagents can result in the copper grade of 23.35% and recovery of 95.19%, up by 1.35 and 2.19 percentage points, respectively, compared with the index obtained by using conventional reagents. It is concluded that more economic and social benefits can be achieved by application of these new reagents in the commercial production.
