摘 要:采用3种流程方案(一段磨矿一段选别工艺流程、阶段磨矿阶段选别工艺流程和粗粒抛尾-一段磨矿一段选别工艺流程)对某全铁品位14.34%的铁矿进行选别。试验结果表明,采用粗粒抛尾-一段磨矿一段选别-浮选脱硫工艺,可以获得含铁62.85%、钒1.21%、铁回收率48.45%、钒回收率72.32%的优质铁精矿。该流程具有工艺合理、流程简单、生产成本低等优点,是处理该铁矿较为合理的选矿工艺流程。The iron ore from Panzhihua-Xichang Region with a TFe grade of 14.34% was beneliciated using three flowsheets,one consisting of one-stage grinding and one-stage separation,the second composed of staged-grinding and staged- separation,and the third one consisting of discarding coarse tailings, one-stage grinding, one-stage magnetic separation,as well as flotation for desulfurization. Results show that, the third approach can yield the concentrate approaching 62.85% Fe grade at 48.45% recovery,and 1.21% V grade at 72.32% recovery. It is concluded that the third process flowsheet is characterized by rational technique, simpler process and lower cost,comparatively advisable for beneficiation of such iron ore.
