摘  要:SF6具有良好的绝缘强度,但其全球温室效应指数(GWP)是二氧化碳的23 900倍,因此有必要寻找一种环境友好的绝缘气体替代SF6。从绝缘性能、协同效应和GWP三方面研究了CF_4/N_2混合物替代SF6气体的可行性。研究结果表明:CF_4/N_2混合物的工频击穿电压随气压的升高出现饱和现象;80%CF_4/N_2混合物为最佳混合比例,其绝缘性能约为同条件下纯SF6击穿电压的65%;CF_4/N_2混合物具有协同效应,协同系数在0.2~0.59之间,和SF_6/N_2的协同系数接近;CF_4/N_2混合气体的GWP值随着气体的混合比呈线性关系,80%CF_4/N_2混合物的GWP值比SF_6/N_2低很多。因此,综合考虑绝缘性能、协同效应和GWP,80%CF_4/N_2混合物有希望替代SF_6/N_2气体用于气体绝缘。SF6has excellent dielectric property,however its global warming potential( GWP) index is 23 900 times of carbon dioxide,so it is necessary to find an environmentally friendly insulating gas to replace SF6. The feasibility of CF4/N2 mixtures replacing SF6 was studied in terms of insulation property,synergism effect and GWP.The result shows that: the breakdown voltage of CF4/N2 mixtures at power frequency is saturated with air pressure;80% CF4/N2 is the best mixing ratio,and its insulation property is about 65% of the pure SF6 under the same condition; the CF4 gas has a synergism with N2 gas,and the synergism factor is between 0. 2 ~ 0. 59,which is close to SF6/N2; The GWP of CF4/N2 mixtures is linear with the mixing ratio,the GWP of 80% CF4/N2 mixtures is much lower than SF6/N2. Therefore,considering the insulation property、synergism effect and GWP,80% CF4/N2 mixtures is expected to replace SF6/N2 gas for gas insulation.
