摘  要:采用反应量热仪(Easy Max102)在线监测硝酸直接硝解乌洛托品的反应过程。研究结果表明,硝化温度越低,硝化过程放热量越低;加料时间越短,放热速率越大;成熟温度越高,绝热温升越高。不同反应条件下的热危险严重度都属于中级。综合经济与安全因素考虑,硝化温度为0℃,加料时间为20 min,成熟温度为30℃时为最佳工艺。The reaction calorimeter(EasyMax102) was used to observe the reaction process of nitrifying methenamine. The research shows that the exothermal of nitrification fluctuates accordantly with the nitrification temperature while the total exothermal is the same. The exothermal of nitrification fluctuates oppositely with the feeding time. The adiabatic temperature rise fluctuates accordantly with the mature temperature. All the results indicate that the thermal hazard is middle. Through the study of thermal hazard,it indicates the optimum preparation is that the nitrification temperature is 0 ℃,the feeding time is 20 min,the mature temperature is 30 ℃.
