摘  要:对于检测钢护筒的约束作用对钢筋混凝土单桩轴向力学性能影响方面的问题上,以往的轴向位移检测手段主要由应变片和千分表等仪器进行检测,而对新兴的变形检测方法——数字散斑相关方法(DSCM)的运用较少;因此主要借助DSCM进行桩体位移检测。通过控制变量法制作无钢护筒-钢筋混凝土桩,薄壁钢护筒-钢筋混凝土桩以及厚壁钢护筒-钢筋混凝土桩三种类型的混凝土桩,采取逐级轴向加压的方式,研究钢护筒的约束作用对钢筋混凝土单桩轴向力学性能影响的主要因素;包括有无钢护筒约束作用、钢护筒壁的厚度等。试验结果表明,钢护筒的存在极大地提高了钢筋混凝土桩的极限承载力,增大了核心混凝土的变形能力;在相同的轴向加压方式下,不同种类的钢筋混凝土桩的轴向承载力和变形能力有区别;随着钢护筒壁厚的逐渐增大,钢筋混凝土桩的轴向极限承载能力也逐渐增大;在钢筋混凝土桩未发生屈曲现象前,三种构件的轴向荷载-位移曲线基本重合,说明轴向荷载主要由钢筋混凝土桩承担。For testing the influence of the confinement effect on the axial mechanical properties of reinforced concrete single pile,the axial displacement detection means of the past is measured by strain gauges and gauge instrument etc. However,as a emerging deformation detection method-digital speckle correlation method( DSCM),had gotten few application. Therefore,this article mainly through the DSCM to carry on the pile position shift detection. Steel reinforced concrete piles,thin wall steel tube reinforced concrete piles and thick wall steel tube reinforced concrete piles with three types of concrete piles are produced by the control variable method. The main factors influencing the axial mechanical properties of reinforced concrete single pile are studied by the restraint effect of steel tube,including the steel tube confinement effect. The thickness of the steel tube wall and so on. Test results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of reinforced concrete pile is greatly improved and the deformation capacity of the core concrete is increased. Under the same axial compression mode,the axial bearing capacity and deformation capacity of different kinds of reinforced concrete piles are different. The axial ultimate bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete pile is gradually increased with the increase of the thickness of the steel wall. Before the reinforced concrete pile has not occurred the buckling phenomenon,the axial load displacement curves of the three components are basically coincident,which shows the axial load is mainly made of reinforced concrete pile.
