摘　　要：输血作为一种有效的治疗手段用于临床是从Landsteiner于1900年发现红细胞ABO血型开始的,迄今已有百余年历史。安全输血是医疗救治系统的一个基本组成部分,能够起到拯救生命、治疗疾病的作用。然而,由于人类血型系统复杂,个体差异大,正常人群中不规则抗体的检出率为0.3%~2.0%。所谓不规则抗体就是除了ABO血型以外的其他血型系统产生的抗体,也称意外抗体,具有这些不规则抗体的受血者一但输入存在这些不规则抗体相对应抗原的血液时,会产生严重的输血反应,甚至危及生命。该研究报告了日常工作中发现的1例较罕见的类抗-e抗体,患者病案分析。Transfusion, as an effective treatment means, is used in c l in ic when Landsteiner found red ce l l ABO blood type in 1900 with a history of more than 100 years so far, and the safe transfusion is a basic component of medical treatment system, which can save lives and treat d isea se s, however, the test rate of irregular antibody in the normal group is 0.3%-2% due to the complex human blood type system and big individual difference, and the irregular antibody is the antibody produced by the other blood type systems in addition to ABO blood type, also known as unexpected antibodies, the blood recipients will produce the serious transfusion reactions and even threaten lives when they are transfused with the corresponding antigen blood, and the paper finds a case of rare anti-e antibody and makes a discussion as follows.
