摘　　要：目的探讨分析介入手术室护理管理中的要点和存在的主要问题,同时加强隐患预防的管理排查工作。方法结合介入手术室的具体实际情况,提出介入手术室护理管理中的要点,对手术室日常工作中存在的潜在隐患进行分析和预防。制定介入手术室相关护理管理规章制度,并严格执行,使手术室护理工作标准化、规范化、制度化。有效的使介入手术室医院感染情况得到预防和控制。结果明确了介入手术室护理管理中的工作重心和护理要点。让全体医护人员充分认识到护理安全的重要性,使介入手术室护理工作标准化、规范化、制度化,极大的降低了医疗事故的发生率。结论通过了解护理要点,更加促进了介入手术的发展应用,严格的管理措施和隐患预防对保障医疗安全,降低医疗事故,减少护患纠纷都有着重大意义。Objective To discuss the key points and main existing issues in the nursing management in the international op-erating room and enhance the management investigation work of hidden dangers prevention. Methods The key points in the nursing management in the intervention operating room were put forwards combined with the practical conditions in the op-erating room, and the potential hidden dangers in the daily work in the operating room were analyzed and prevented and the related nursing management regulations in the operating room were made and strictly implemented thus making the nursing work in the operating room standardized, normalized and institutionalization and preventing and controlling the hospital in-fection situation of hospital operating room. Results The work focus and nursing key points in the nursing management in the interventional operating room were cleared thus making all the medical staff fully recognize the importance of nursing safety, making the nursing work in the operating room standardized, normalized and institutionalization and greatly reducing the incidence rate of medical a cc idents. Conclusion The mastery of nursing key points can better promote the development and application of interventional operation, and the strict management measures and prevention of hidden dangers is of im-portant significance to ensuring the medical safety, reducing the medical events and reducing the nurse-patient disputes.
