医院图书馆的信息管理与服务创新研究

摘　　要：伴随着我国信息化网络技术的发展,信息化技术在众多的领域都得到了应用。信息化技术之所以得到广泛的应用主要得益于其应用过程中的便捷性以及快速性。医院图书馆作为藏书的场所在管理的过程中或多或少也受到信息化技术的影响。传统的医院图书馆管理模式已经远远不能适应现代化信息技术的发展,当前我国医院想要获得更好的发展必须创新管理模式实现信息化管理。该文立足于当前我国医院图书馆发展的现状,就医院图书馆创新管理面临的问题进行分析,并且在此基础上提出创新管理的策略。With the development of information network technology in China, the informational technology has been applied in many field s, which is mainly due to the convenience and quickness, and the hospital libraries, as the place preserving books, are affected by the information technology more or le s s, and the traditional hospital library management model has failed adapted to the development of modern informational technology, and we must innovate the management model in or-der to obtain a better development in China and the paper analyzes the problems of innovation management in the hospital library based on the status of development of hospital library in China and puts forwards the strategies of innovation man-agement.
